15 malls will open tomorrow (Thursday) for a week as part of the pilot announced by the Corona Cabinet, but it is not yet known which complexes will be included in the outline.

The Ministry of Health has published an outline for opening the malls, which is not final and requires the approval of the Corona Cabinet - which is expected to convene today or tomorrow.

The pilot will continue until December 6, and depending on its results and morbidity, regulations will be submitted for cabinet approval and the opening date will be set.

According to the Ministry of Health, the success of the pilot will be measured by five criteria: compliance with the maximum allowable occupancy in the mall and stores according to the outline, at least 90% compliance with the maximum number of visitors simultaneously in the store, up to 2.5% violations by non-masked visitors Mask, without significant crowds at the entrances to the mall and stores.

From information that reached Walla!

NEWS indicates that the main disputes between the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Finance are the Ministry of Health's requirement for computerized registration of all on the mall island, while the Ministry of Finance believes that the requirement will cause delays in entry and that buyers will leave the place.

A second issue in dispute is the amount of people allowed to enter each mall.

In the cabinet, it has already been decided that each store will have a number of buyers according to the purple mark, but it has not yet been decided how many visitors will be in the entire mall.

The Ministry of Health believes that the computerized registration will help enforce the outline.

Another issue that the parties need to consider is GSS locating. The fear is that in case you were a verified corona patient in the mall, dozens of people will be forced into isolation, even if they were not around them.

A source close to the corona cabinet said he hopes the move "will happen on Thursday. They will have time to prepare. "He said," The Ministry of Health needs to amend regulations. "

The Treasury fears an overly sparse presence of buyers.

Following the decision of the Corona Cabinet, Health Minister Yuli Edelstein and Transport Minister Miri Regev agreed that the Ministry of Health will approve the upcoming Corona Cabinet - which will convene today or tomorrow - regulations for opening all markets as well as the regulations for pilot malls.

At this stage, it appears that the three malls from the Ofer Group that participated in the "mall rebellion" and opened in violation of the guidelines last Friday, will also participate in the opening pilot on Sunday.

These are Kryon, the large mall of Petah Tikva and the Grand Canyon of Beer Sheva.

"Mall Rebellion"

Among the actions taken by the malls as part of the "rebellion" were frequent air changes (at least six times an hour), marking waiting places outside the stores at sufficient intervals, recruiting a "Corona patrol" to monitor those entering the mall, documenting non-wearing a mask and preventing crowds and more.

Last week's "Rebellion" was attended by six malls, which decided to put pressure on decision-makers and opened against the guidelines for a few hours.

The opening was even shorter than planned, after police officers and inspectors who arrived at the shopping centers warned the store owners, and these closed an hour and a half later.

After opening on Friday, the three malls from the Azrieli Group decided not to open on Sunday this week, while the three malls from the Ofer Group reopened on Sunday.

The pressure exerted worked, and the decision regarding the opening was made last night.

The uprising ended earlier than planned.

Dizengoff Center was recently visited by several professionals from the Ministry of Health and Finance, in order to check its compliance with the criteria.

The decision on the matter has not yet been made.

Dan Pilz, CEO and co-owner of Dizengoff Center, appealed to members of the Cabinet beams, and said: "We hope that cabinet members understand the chin must be included in the pilot in question, since it is a private business which is a microcosm of Israeli society and represents the commercial centers in Israel."

According to Pilz, "the vast canyon area, where fresh air is routinely exchanged.

It is divided into two buildings and eight levels, so that even with a large number of visitors, no density is felt. "He added that" there are about 320 businesses in the center, about half of which are private businesses that will finally return to work, and with them about 2,000 employees.

" "We welcome the cabinet's decision last night, and are awaiting the publication of regulations that will include the list of malls and the details of the outline of the malls."
