With the participation of more than 100 industrial companies from different governorates, the activities of the monthly shopping festival, Made in Syria, in its 108th session, were launched in the Al-Firdous Cinema Hall in the city of Jableh in the countryside of Lattakia, which is organized by the Damascus Chamber of Industry and its countryside.

Samer al-Dibs, head of the Damascus Chamber of Industry and its countryside, said in a statement to SANA that the aim of the festival is to secure the family’s needs of commodities at reasonable prices and to support the families of the martyrs by distributing vouchers worth 5,000 Syrian pounds to each family spent within the festival. It also aims to support the national industry and raise the slogan of making High in Syria.

Talal Qala Ji, head of the festival's organizing committee, explained that this session is characterized by the diversity of the participating companies, and there are companies participating for the first time in the city of Jableh and is distinguished by the diversity of the offered goods, as all the family needs are available within discounts of 15 to 35 percent and on the occasion of the coming of the winter season, we added a special corner within the festival. Carpets and rugs come in different colors and shapes that satisfy customers' tastes.

For his part, Muhammad Omar Musharraf in the festival management said that the festival also included the distribution of coupons to visitors to enter the raffle draw to win a gold medal, indicating that the festival continues until December 2 and receives visitors daily from 9:30 in the morning until 8:30 in the evening and includes four sectors of textile, engineering and chemical And food for participants from all governorates.
