"Enterprises need to have an open and flexible IT foundation to support new technologies such as edge computing and AI, so as to remain agile to adapt to changes." Wen Zhifeng continued that among the major industries in Hong Kong, the digitalization process of the financial industry is more advanced. Well, because many companies have already deployed before the epidemic, they also have ample budget to implement.

In addition to turning around fast, companies should also gradually improve their operational efficiency in order to break through the epidemic.
Wen Zhifeng said that in recent years, container technology has rapidly become the darling of the enterprise IT market.
Enterprises can use it to develop, deploy, and manage applications in a more streamlined manner, and they can also create various Cloud Native Applications in the cloud environment to further improve operational efficiency and customer service levels.
However, due to factors such as security, flexibility, and cost, only a few companies in Hong Kong are using public clouds, and more companies are using multi-layer hybrid clouds.
In terms of future business plans, Wen Zhifeng revealed that the company’s key business is cloud native and automation, and will continue to focus on the development of vertical markets in the future, including the telecommunications industry (5G technology), financial services and insurance (open banking, insurance), Public utilities (smart government), etc. As for the Taiwan market, in addition to the aforementioned three areas, the company will also focus on manufacturing and healthcare systems.
