This new power of attorney represents a "
simplification

removal of undue tasks for the police and gendarmes,

This announcement comes at a time when a fact-finding mission was created on November 18 by the Senate Law Committee to assess the "
feasibility
" of postal voting, in view in particular of the regional and departmental elections of 2021, including the executive. proposes the postponement from March to June due to the health crisis.
