As for primary and secondary schools, the Education Bureau has set aside 2 billion yuan in the "Quality Education Fund" to launch a three-year plan to provide school-based units with e-learning support such as Wi-Fi eggs and mobile data cards to students in need.

Government sources pointed out that the Community Care Fund’s e-learning program for school children will end this school year, and the Education Bureau will take over the support from the next school year. Schools will be notified of the application details later.
