With the participation of 70 exhibiting companies, the activities of the Syrian Building Exhibition “Techno Build Aleppo,” the first specialized for building, construction, infrastructure, refrigeration, air-conditioning, ventilation, heating, water, electricity and energy works, were inaugurated this evening at the Sheraton Hotel.

Mowafak Tayara, Director of the Tayyara Exhibition and Conference Foundation, explained in a statement to SANA's correspondent the importance of holding the exhibition in the city of Aleppo, as it is the economic capital of Syria, to contribute to its reconstruction and to meet the needs and requirements of the construction companies concerned with rebuilding the infrastructure through what more than 70 companies exhibit in various fields of construction, insulation and heating. And lighting using alternative energy.

SANA's camera monitored the views of a number of participants in the exhibition held by the Tayara Foundation for International Exhibitions and Conferences, where Hussam Barakat, representative of Barakat Insulation and Construction Company, stated that he is participating with waterproof, thermal and acoustic insulation products in order to contribute to the restoration of what was destroyed by terrorism in Aleppo, pointing to the great turnout witnessed by the exhibition on its first day.

Mahmoud Hawara, representative of Huwara Company for Industrial Tools and Building Materials, said that he exhibits his products related to household and electrical building supplies, noting the importance of his participation in the exhibition that Aleppo is hosting, which is the gateway to the Syrian industry and meets the needs of construction companies in implementing reconstruction projects.

Engineer Ali Abdul-Amir of Al-Baraka Industrial Investments Company from the Republic of Iraq stated that he participates in the company's products of plastic tubes of various measurements and accessories, pointing out that the exhibition constitutes an important opportunity to display the products related to reconstruction at competitive prices and to translate the feelings of brotherhood that connect the two brotherly countries Syria and Iraq.

Engineer Muhammad Khair Hindawi, Director of Al-Mashreq Factory for Industrial Paints, explained that he participates in ceramic adhesives, paints, floors, and interior and exterior cladding materials, pointing out that the exhibition opens wide horizons to contribute to the reconstruction of Aleppo through securing building materials. Paints, insulators and floors to prevent moisture and place them within the reach of construction companies.

Baraa Armanazi pointed out that he displays products in the fields of water filtration and purification, noting the great turnout the exhibition is witnessing, and expressing his wish for the return of Aleppo as it was the mother of the Syrian industry.

The head of the Aleppo Chamber of Commerce, Amer Hamwi, explained the importance and necessity of holding such exhibitions in Aleppo during this stage, which contribute to the recycling of the economic wheel, noting the quality of the exhibits, their competitive prices and their fulfillment of the needs of construction companies.

A number of visitors to the exhibition expressed their admiration for the variety of products concerned with reconstruction and securing building supplies, including insulation materials, paint, electrical and electronic technologies, and lighting that contribute to accelerating the construction movement in the governorate.

The opening of the exhibition was attended by Eng. Suhail Abdel Latif, Minister of Public Works and Housing, Ziad Sabbagh, Minister of Industry, Governor of Aleppo, Hussein Diab, and Secretary of the Aleppo Branch of the Arab Socialist Baath Party, Ahmed Mansour.
