She said: "Since the 2020 Policy Address announced that the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region will strive to achieve carbon neutrality by 5050, we have received very positive comments from foreign partners from overseas economic and trade offices. The Environment Bureau will seek time to work hard to formulate more aggressive carbon emission reduction strategies and measures. Overseas jurisdictions are welcome to share their experience with us."
