Star chef Christian Jürgens (52) from Rottach-Egern has to say goodbye to the top group in the renowned Gault & Millau gourmet guide.
His restaurant Überfahrt loses half a point.
Rottach-Egern
- In 2012, the well-known gourmet guide named Jürgens “Chef of the Year” and awarded him 19.5 points, which he has held since then.
In the latest edition, which was presented on Thursday (November 26th), his restaurant Überfahrt now has to be content with 19 points.
This means that Jürgens is no longer in the top group of the cookery guide in Germany.
