According to the Food and Health Bureau, citizens can go to the post office during office hours to request a sample collection kit, free of charge.
The collection bag contains a deep throat saliva sample bottle, a sample bottle packaging bag, and sample collection guidelines. Each citizen is limited to one bag while stocks last.

The bureau reminded that all post offices will not collect samples. The public needs to return deep throat saliva samples to the designated 47 general outpatient clinics of the Hospital Authority or 13 clinics of the Department of Health within a specified time.
If the test result is negative, you will receive an SMS notification within 3 days after submitting the sample. If the test result is positive, the Department of Health will follow up immediately.
