Chief Executive Carrie Lam announced the "Policy Address" on Wednesday, proposing to amend local laws such as the "Oaths and Declarations Ordinance" and the "Legislative Council Ordinance" within this year to improve the arrangements for oaths; it will also study electronic ticket distribution, mainland voting and caring teams, etc. Later proposed amendments to the relevant regulations.
