The Madrid Ministry of Health will lift the restrictions in 13 basic health areas (ZBS) as of next Monday, November 30, having experienced decreases of over 50% in the number of infections and a sustained decrease in the trend of incidence of the virus.
However, a new basic zone will be added to the restricted zones that same day.
This is the area of Barcelona, in Móstoles, the only area in the entire region that exceeds the threshold to enact stricter measures, which is 400 cases per 100,000 inhabitants in the last 14 days.
The measure in the community as of this Thursday is 252 cases - the lowest in the country, whose measure is 325.
Thus, with 13 exits and one entry from Monday, there will be 18 closed areas, out of 30 on Friday.

In addition, throughout the region, the curfew and the prohibition of social gatherings of more than six people except cohabitants, both at home and away, as well as the limitation of capacity in shops, hotels and shows.

Restrictions by basic health zones
New health zones that are closed:
only one, the Barcelona area in Móstoles, with a validity of 14 days: from 00:00 on Monday, November 30, to 00:00 on December 13.
The 13 areas in which there is no mobility limitation as of Monday:
in Madrid capital, Entrevías, Pozo del Tío Raimundo, Alcalá de Guadaíra and Numancia (Puente de Vallecas district), Pavones and Vandel (Moratalaz) and Infanta Mercedes ( Tetouan).
In the rest of the region, San Juan de la Cruz (Pozuelo de Alarcón), Cerro del Aire and Valle de la Oliva (Majadahonda), Colmenar Viejo Norte (Colmenar Viejo) and the municipalities of Morata de Tajuña and Villarejo de Salvanés in full .

The measures remain in force for seven more days, until December 6, in the last six ZBS that were included last week.
These are Vicalvaro-Artilleros (Vicálvaro) and La Elipa (Ciudad Lineal) in the municipality of Madrid and Cuzco, Alicante and Castilla la Nueva in Fuenlabrada and La Moraleja in Alcobendas.
The closing of Guzmán el Bueno (Chamberí) and Daroca (Ciudad Lineal), in Madrid capital, is also extended until December 6;
as well as Sierra de Guadarrama, Collado Villalba Pueblo and Collado Villalba Estación (Collado Villalba), Moralzarzal Alpedrete, Galapagar;
El Boalo-Cerceda-Matalpino (ZBS of Manzanares El Real);
Colmenar de Oreja, Chinchón and Villaconejos (ZBS de Colmenar de Oreja) and San Martín de Valdeiglesias and Pelayos de la Presa (ZBS de San Martín de Valdeiglesias).
In total, the limitations will affect 381,505 people, 5.7% of the Madrid population, who live in areas where 8% of infections are concentrated.
In these areas, the following measures apply:

Prohibited
entry and exit, except for "adequately justified trips" by means of a document (here you can download the receipt to enter or leave for work reasons or to care for the elderly or dependents).
Among the exceptions are going to the doctor, work or educational centers, return to the place of habitual residence, care for the elderly, minors or dependents and attendance at exams or judicial, administrative or banking procedures.
Zones can be crossed and citizens can move within them.
- Capacity and hours.
In bars and restaurants it is 50% both inside and outside, consumption in the bar is not allowed and the hours are the same as in the rest of the region.
The capacity of the stores is reduced to 50%.
Attendance at places of worship cannot exceed one third of their capacity.
A maximum of 15 people are allowed to attend open-air wakes and 10 people in closed spaces. In academies and driving schools, the activity is limited to 50%.

The limit of six people is maintained for social gatherings, in public and private places during the day and at night, whether or not they are living together.

Curfew.
Mobility is prohibited except for a justified reason such as going to or returning from work from 00:00 to 6:00, the time slot in which the hotel business is closed.
In the houses, six people can meet from that hour, whether they are living together or not.
- Closing of the entire region for the December bridge.
Madrid will be closed again, for the third consecutive bridge after Todos los Santos and La Almudena, from 00.00 on the 4th to 00.00 on Monday the 14th. This time it will be 10 days.
The Minister of Health of Madrid, Enrique Escudero, has called to "avoid commercial streets and crowds" during the bridge.
- Capacity and schedules.
In bars and restaurants there is no bar service, indoors the occupancy cannot exceed 50% and on the terraces, 75%.
The hours are from 6:00 to 00:00, but they cannot admit clients from 23:00.
Commerce, professional services and open-air markets cannot open before 6:00 AM and must close at 10:00 PM, except for essential services such as pharmacies or gas stations.
Shopping centers where there are cinemas, restaurants or entertainment may close at 00.00.
The capacity of the stores is 75%, like that of the shows, while it is reduced to 40% in the multipurpose multipurpose rooms (such as the Wizink Center).
In closed gyms, 50%.
Playgrounds may be open.
Capacity is 50% for funeral facilities and places of worship and 75% for academies.
- Christmas.
The Health Minister reiterated this Friday that the community's plan is still in place, pending what is decided next week at the Interterritorial Health Council.
Madrid proposes to extend the meetings from six to ten people of up to three coexistence groups for December 24, 25 and 31 and January 1 and 6, as well as extending the curfew until 1.30 am on December 25 and January 1st.
Current limitations for commerce, hospitality, religious celebrations, and other events are expected to be maintained.
- Nursing homes.
The protocol changed on Thursday, and from now on, residents with antibodies can go in and out without specific measures.
Those who do not have immunity and go away for a few days with their relatives should undergo a test before returning to the center, which can be PCR or antigen test, and remain in isolation.
