Innovation cooperation will further enhance Hong Kong’s innovation momentum."
Hong Weimin, executive chairman of the Chinese Big Data Association, said: "The Greater Bay Area must link rules and mechanisms. Shenzhen's data legislation is at the forefront of the world, and it is a timely discussion of the development of data exchange between Shenzhen and Hong Kong. I think we can do data in Qianhai. In the SAR, some big data is placed in Qianhai, Hong Kong companies or research institutions can come in and use the data for research and data exchange."
