An earthquake measuring 5.8 degrees on the Richter scale hit eastern Argentina today, without any reports of injuries or damage.
The US Geological Survey stated that the epicenter of the quake was 34 kilometers east of the city of Humahua, at a depth of ten kilometers, and at 23,2554 degrees south latitude and 65,0179 degrees west longitude.
