Three people were injured this evening (Friday) by stabbing a knife in Jerusalem, after apparently a man attacked them in an apartment in the Ramat Beit Hakerem neighborhood.
Police arrested a suspect in the act after a fight with him.
The two seriously injured, a man and a woman in their 30s, were found in a square on Moshe Kol Street, suffering from stab wounds to their upper body, holding an eight-month-old baby, and then another 45-year-old woman was found slightly injured.
The three wounded, along with the toddler - who was not injured in the incident, were evacuated, after receiving medical treatment.
MDA paramedic Lior Levy, who arrived at the scene, said: "When we arrived at the scene, we saw the man and woman sitting near a square in the street, conscious and suffering from upper body injuries and a toddler who was crying and was on her hands. We immediately began life-saving medical treatment that included stopping bleeding and bandages, put them in ambulances and urgently evacuated them to a nearby hospital when their condition was serious. We also checked the toddler who was with them, who was not injured and did not need medical attention. "Later, we performed scans in the area and located a 45-year-old woman who suffered a minor injury.
