The Omani Ministry of Foreign Affairs condemned the assassination of Iranian nuclear scientist Mohsen Fakhrizadeh, stressing that this act is inconsistent with humanitarian and international laws.
The Omani News Agency reported that Foreign Minister Badr bin Hamad Al Busaidi, during a telephone conversation he had today with Iranian Foreign Minister Muhammad Javad Zarif, expressed the Sultanate’s condolences and condemnation of the assassination of Fakhri Zadeh and everything that contradicts divine laws and humanitarian and international laws.
The Ministry of Defense and the Iranian Armed Forces announced the day before yesterday of the assassination of Fakhryzadeh, following a terrorist operation that he was subjected to near Tehran.
