The 3-month-old kitten "Coke" raised by a building materials company in Sham Shui Po was stolen by a fat man last Friday (27th).

Police today (30th) arrested a man for theft and rescued the kitten.

The cat owner Matthew revealed in a telephone interview that he had just received a call from the police, stating that he had recovered the "Coke" and was going to the police station to pick up the "Coke".

The cat loves to be lost and regained, and Matthew's voice can't hide his joy.

According to the CCTV footage, the male culprit passed by the construction materials company. "Coke" jumped outside the store. The male thief noticed the "Coke", then turned back and took the "Coke" away, and fled towards Shek Kip Mei Street.

In an interview afterwards, the cat owner Matthew revealed that when the cat was about a month old, she was given a gift from a guest, and she regarded it as if she had gone out, "like a big canal."

Matthew choked and said that she could not sleep peacefully. "I really feel so heartbroken." She said that she had seen a male thief having fun with a cat in a neighboring electrical appliance store a few days ago. She probably liked "Coke."
