Journalist Mona Moncalvillo, former director of Radio Nacional, died

Mona Moncalvillo

, journalist and former director of Radio Nacional between 2003 and 2007, died this Monday at the age of 73. 

Adelina Olga Moncalvillo, such was her real name, was born on September 23, 1974 in Curarú, a small town near Pehuajó, Buenos Aires province.

He studied Social Communication at the National University of La Plata and in 1979 he joined the

Humor Magazine

, where he worked doing interviews for 14 years.

His presence in the media was sustained.

Throughout his prolific career, he worked at the Télam news agency, and was a columnist for the newspapers La Opinion, La Nación, Clarín and Página / 12.

In addition, he worked on Radio Belgrano, on FM Palermo, and on channels 7 and 11.

Between 2003 and 2007, she was the director of the National Radio

station where, until last year, she hosted the program "Two ideas together", where she addressed issues of culture, music and history.
