This month of November will perhaps be remembered as Jair Bolsonaro's “mensis horribilis”.
From the defeat of his best ally, Donald Trump, to the arrival of a second wave of the Covid-19 to the slap in the face of the municipal elections, he has accumulated setbacks and disappointments in three weeks, announcing difficult days ahead of his presidency.
Two years after the conservative tidal wave that brought him to the head of the country, the former captain comes out singularly weakened from this first electoral test at mid-term.

The second round of municipal elections on Sunday, which only took place in 57 cities with more than 200,000 voters, confirmed a trend already marked in the first round: debacle of candidates supported by Jair Bolsonaro, return of traditional central parties and on the right and the emergence of new figures on the left.
