"Freed from Leviathan, France will once again become the place of all innovations"

FIGAROVOX / TRIBUNE - The French genius is not dead, it is only stifled by the technocratic monster that the state has become, believes Rafik Smati. According to the entrepreneur, the elites were wrong to abandon industry and agriculture because these decisions resulted in ...

Rafik Smati is an entrepreneur and president of Objectif France

.

We are coming to the end of a cycle that began 40 years ago.

40 years during which France ceased to be governed, to be administered by a caste of technocrats who look at the country through binoculars and have never worked a single day of their life in a company.

A caste of arrogant technocrats who have appropriated the state apparatus, and have never ceased to make it more complex in order to establish their own power.

The creation of an offense of “ecocide” ”

Perched in their ivory tower, light years away from the real soul of France, they sought to shape a country in their image.

They denigrated manual labor, undoubtedly too degrading in their eyes.

The success consisted in sending all the children to university or to a large school.

The consequences of this cult dedicated to the intellectual to the detriment of apprenticeship and manual trades have been formidable: young people who row to find a job, companies which struggle to recruit qualified profiles, artisanal know-how which is disappearing. ...

They have sacrificed our industry, which is probably too dirty and rustic for them, and have bet everything on services and tourism, even if it means transforming France into a giant amusement park for wealthy foreign tourists.

We are paying dearly for this French choice for the tertiary sector.

Deindustrialization has generated mass unemployment and a social divide between urban France and peri-urban France.

They sacrificed our armies, convinced that we definitely live in a world of peace and altruism.

It was without counting that at the same time, the whole world was rearming

It also results in an abysmal trade deficit (France imports more than it exports), and as a corollary, a loss of sovereignty (we are dependent on the rest of the world to supply us).

In a post-Covid era where tourism will be one of the last sectors to return to its pre-crisis level, France will suffer a double penalty: a major economic crisis, like all other countries, but a sluggish recovery at the cost of 'countless bankruptcies and hundreds of thousands of unemployed.

They have, for the same reasons, abandoned our agriculture.

A sector that is too laborious for them.

Once the breadbasket of Europe, France could soon import more agricultural commodities than it exports.

A slap.

They sacrificed our armies, convinced that we definitely live in a world of peace and altruism.

It was without taking into account that at the same time, the whole world was rearming.

Today, power states are asserting themselves, and global geopolitics is in turmoil.

This faulty naivety has weakened France.

To meet the requirements imposed by a deadly ecologism that dictates its law, they have massacred our sectors of excellence.

Starting with our nuclear industry, of which France has lost a large part of the know-how today.

If there is one virtue that the representatives of this State “

Nomenklatura

” do not carry in them, it is courage.

Also, rather than facing the social and demographic challenges that face us, they preferred to take out the checkbook and buy social peace.

And that leaves us to cowardly park millions of our compatriots in urban ghettos, thus creating the breeding ground for the archipelago of France which is at work.

With the consequences that we know in terms of security and the risk of separatism.

Our destiny is after all quite binary: rebirth, or decadence;

brotherhood, or civil war;

prosperity, or decline;

life or death

The mythical "

it costs nothing, it is the State that pays

" by François Hollande testifies to this carelessness of the technocratic monster in the face of reality.

Except that not everything can be bought.

Starting with the desire to be a people, and to commune together around a great project called France.

To rebuild Nation and write a new page of our national story: this is the biggest challenge that we will have to take up collectively over the next ten years.

It is, I am sure, the only way which can unite the French, give a new greatness to France, and offer a future to the generations of tomorrow.

Our destiny is after all quite binary: rebirth, or decadence;

brotherhood, or civil war;

prosperity, or decline;

life or death.

Of course, as Albert Einstein said, one should not expect problems to be solved by those who created them.

Writing a new page in the French epic therefore requires first regaining power over the technocratic monster.

This involves immense work.

We will lead him.

This historic democratic overhaul will require everyone's energy.

And even that of senior officials, the vast majority of whom are servants of the State and are sorry for this shipwreck of which they are the first witnesses.

The day France will be freed from this Leviathan which restricts and slows it down, the day when we will powerfully modernize all of our public policies and concentrate the State on its essential missions, the day when order will have supplanted disorder , on that day, all daring will be allowed, and the French genius will once again be able to amaze the world.

Let us be aware that we live in one of the most beautiful countries in the world, in a nation rich in 2000 years of history, whose geography is blessed from the heavens

Let us be aware that we live in one of the most beautiful countries in the world, in a nation rich in 2000 years of history, whose geography is blessed from the heavens, the culture envied everywhere in the world, and the scientific spirit admired.

Freed from Leviathan, France will become the place of all initiatives, and all innovations.

Our country has always been at the forefront of history.

It was yesterday.

It will still be tomorrow.

Because if there is a nation which can hoist itself into the laboratory of a new democratic model, of a new economic and social model, of a new educational model, of a new ecological model, it is indeed the France, but only when she wakes up from this long statist and technocratic anesthesia.

A new democratic model?

By giving citizens the possibility of expressing themselves more often by referendum, and when they decide to do so.

A new economic and social model?

By modernizing the state apparatus, reducing taxation, and establishing a basic universal income.

A new educational model?

By helping our children adapt to a constantly changing world.

Learn the basics, first.

And learning to learn, then and above all.

A new ecological model?

By investing in science and research, and by promoting France's maritime vocation.

On the understanding that national defense, security and justice, the foundations of life in society, and the state's primary raison d'être, must be prioritized.

The path I am suggesting to you here is difficult and demanding.

Its cardinal direction is freedom.

Its principle is responsibility.

It is based on love for France.
