The Ministerial Committee for Corona last night (Monday) approved in a telephone poll the amendment of the outline of the malls pilot.
Regarding the maximum allowable occupancy in the mall area, the occupancy will vary from a person's ratio to 7 square meters, to a person's ratio to 15 square meters.
With regard to the area in the stores themselves, it will be determined that in addition to the rule starting with the main regulations (according to which the occupancy will be according to a person's ratio per 7 sq.m. up to 10 people), in stores exceeding 150 sq.m. "R (and without setting a" numerical ceiling "for the number of occupants).
The calculation of the area for the permitted occupancy in the mall (in the common areas) will not include the area of a public and business place whose operation is prohibited, located inside a mall (for example, the area of a cinema hall located in the mall).

At the same time, the chairman of the Knesset's Constitution Committee, MK Yaakov Asher (Torah Judaism), is demanding that the government amend the pilot opening of the malls, and therefore did not bring the issue to a vote for approval yesterday.
Asher said: "We will not get a duplication of the pilot - or increase the pilot, and for my part to the end, with geographical and peripheral logic, and if not, not at all."
Prof. Itamar Grotto, Deputy Director General of the Ministry of Health: "We have not reached the planned infection coefficient, but solutions must still be found that will make it possible to move forward with the aggravation of the purple mark."
MK Asher said in response: "Reducing the reasonable amount of shopping in the country from 200 to 15 malls is a loophole that calls for pressure, which has indeed arrived."
Eitan Ben-David, Deputy Chief of Staff, "Unfortunately, we were not able to reach relevant morbidity indices at this stage in order to open the next stage."
