on January 1st
, as the Nivea manufacturer announced on Wednesday in Hamburg.
Temperley will leave the company after their contract expires, it said.
The manager magazin had already reported on the possible departure of Temperley in September.
Hermann was most recently responsible for the finance department for the North American business at Colgate-Palmolive.
She had been with the company since 2004 and was reported to have held various managerial positions in the financial sector in Germany, Great Britain, Switzerland and the USA, among others.
