Yesterday (1st) a pair of Liu and his son were revealed to have burnt charcoal in a holiday house in Cheung Chau and both died. They were suspected of being financially troubled. The deceased was a young son. He was very filial to his parents and worked with his father to run and manage the decoration company's business. However, due to problems with the business policy, there were business problems and financial difficulties a few years ago.

At 8 o'clock in the morning yesterday, the smell of charcoal burning came out of a holiday house on the east coast of Cheung Chau. The door of the unit was locked and the person in charge called the police for help.

Rescuers arrived at the scene and found a 60-year-old and 27-year-old father and son lying dead on two beds. There was a plate of burnt charcoal next to them. The police seized the suicide note at the scene, revealing that the decoration company operated by the two owed debts for the past two years. They have to use credit card loans to repay the money, and they are in desperation due to financial difficulties.
