A "
breach of the duty of discernment
" was retained by the IGPN, the "
police of the police
", against a policeman implicated during an eventful arrest and filmed in a station near Orléans in September, learned l 'AFP Tuesday with the national police.
The arrest took place on September 15 on the platforms of the Fleury-les-Aubrais station (Loiret).

A judicial investigation had been entrusted to the General Inspectorate of the National Police (IGPN) by the Orléans prosecutor's office.
The IGPN also took up the file administratively on September 17.
"
The administrative investigation and the judicial investigation are not closed
", told AFP the national police, but "
the administrative investigation has already found a breach of the duty of discernment
" against one police officers, who had drawn their weapon during this arrest.
Contacted by AFP, the Orléans prosecutor's office did not immediately follow up.
Two police officers intervened after the report of a man "
without a mask
" and "
showing the apparent external signs of drunkenness
" in a train, explained the prosecutor, Emmanuelle Bochenek-Puren, at the time of the facts.
The man refused to put on his mask and get out of the compartment, then "
violently resisted his arrest before brandishing a bladed weapon and attempting to strike a blow at the officials
", according to the prosecution.

On videos filmed and broadcast on social networks, we could see the man pinned to the ground on the platform by two police officers, one of whom had drawn a weapon.
The armed policeman had pressed vigorously with his foot, for several tens of seconds, on the head of the man, held to the ground by the other official.
According to the videos, the two police officers then appeared to provide first aid to the individual, injured in his right arm.
