The report criticized that China, as the world's second largest economy, is posing a threat to the international order and is becoming increasingly aggressive.
In the section on Hong Kong, the report pointed out that Beijing's implementation of the "Hong Kong National Security Law" has seriously undermined the rule of law and freedom of the press.
The report stated that judges were forced to adopt Mainland legal principles under the pressure of the Chinese Communist Party, which put the Hong Kong judicial system into crisis.
At the same time, if China succeeds in normalizing its ruling views, it will threaten the rights of individuals everywhere in the world.
