The high level of approval that President Andrés Manuel López Obrador maintains causes perplexity and perhaps some frustration in a large part of the voters of this newspaper (and for that matter any other newspaper in the country).
For all those who did not vote for him and assumed that the passage of time would inevitably disappoint those who did, it is nothing short of incomprehensible that with a pandemic underway and the ensuing economic devastation, polls reveal that more people would vote for him. today than two years ago.
