The 23-year-old male motorcyclist fell to the ground in a coma. The ambulanceman rushed him to Princess Margaret Hospital, Kwai Chung.
The police are investigating the cause of the accident.

The truck was towed with a motorcycle for about 200 meters and then stopped
Sources at the scene said that after the motorcycle hit the truck, it hooked near the sand board at the right end of the truck.
