The Egyptian Ministry of Health and Population announced the registration of 421 new infections and 28 deaths from the new Corona virus during the past twenty-four hours.
And the ministry's spokesman, Dr. Khaled Mujahid, said in a statement that the total number of Coronavirus infections in Egypt has so far reached 116724, and the total death cases are 6694.
Mujahid indicated that 133 recoverers of the Coronavirus have been discharged from hospitals, bringing the total of those recovering from the virus to 102,949 cases until today.
