As Vice President at Amazon's cloud unit AWS, he is responsible for all services and offers with artificial intelligence from Amazon worldwide.
The manager, who was born in Chennai, India, has been with the Bezos team for over 15 years. Before that, he did research on the supercomputer "Watson", the artificial intelligence from IBM.

I think that significant progress has already been made.
Since I recently bought a bread box, Amazon has been recommending more bread boxes to me as if I were a bread box fetishist. What's wrong with that?
It is difficult to understand the context of the purchase that is obvious to the user.
For example, when I buy a fan scarf.
The customer knows, of course, that this is for the football game on the weekend - and now I don't buy fan scarves all year round.
We are still in the process of learning such behavior patterns.
