Parents are happy, but demand further measures.

- The parents of Villa Kunterbunt are particularly worried about the pedestrian crossing on the Alpine road.
This is regulated by a traffic light and is very close to the state road.
Vehicles turning from the Augsburgerstrasse into the Alpenstrasse therefore always come to a stop only on the pedestrian crossing.
Kindergarten and Agenda 21 therefore want the crossing to be moved further back to the Alpine Road.
The chairwoman of the Villa Kunterbunt association, Franziska Gebauer, had to experience for herself how dangerous the transition can be.
One day she was just able to pull her two children back in front of a car that was spinning extremely fast around the bend.
Other parents told her about similar incidents over and over again.
Groebenzell: change the traffic light circuit
Gebauer would like the traffic light to be changed at the crossing of the Alpine road: that the traffic light for the drivers on the state road and those for the transition on the Alpine road do not change to green at the same time, but offset.
Parents' representative is happy that there is now a speed limit of 30 in front of kindergarten.
But she would have liked a longer zone.
The speed limit on the section of Augsburger Straße, in front of the integration kindergarten Villa Kunterbunt, has recently come into effect.
Drivers are only allowed to drive 30 km / h instead of 50 km / h.
The parents wanted this too.
A year ago they approached the Transport Working Group of Agenda 21.
Talks followed with the police, the district administration and, since Augsburger Straße is a state road, with the road construction department in Freising.
It took around a year to implement.
Now the signs are up.
The speed limit applies from Monday to Friday between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m.

Groebenzell: Expansion of the 30 km / h zone
Since 2017, the speed in built-up areas in the immediate vicinity of kindergartens, crèches, day-care centers, schools, old people's and nursing homes and hospitals can also be limited to 30 km / h on a state road.
Coming from Gröbenzell on the same state road at the entrance to Lochhausen, this regulation has been in effect for a long time in front of a crèche.
In Groebenzell, the 30 zone could be expanded in the coming year.
Because on a plot of land at the intersection of Augsburgerstrasse and Zweigstrasse, another children's facility is to be built by the end of 2021.
Further protective measures are also planned in front of Villa Kunterbunt, and the barriers in front of the facility, which prevent children from running onto the street, are to be extended.
