The town hall of Châtel in Haute-Savoie would go well on Swiss time.
To protest against the closure of ski lifts in French ski resorts, the facade of the Town Hall was covered with Swiss flags.

Nicolas Rudin, mayor of the town, expressed his incomprehension accusing the government of a "
lack of listening
", and of having taken a "
decision too early
".
The mayor of Châtel describes to France Bleu his gesture as being “
peaceful
” and “
symbolic
”, wishing to find a solution between the two countries to respond to the health crisis.
Earlier in the day on Wednesday, Jean Castex explained at the microphone of BFMTV that "
the idea is to prevent the French from going to be contaminated in the stations of Switzerland
".
To do so, the government should establish a quarantine of seven days for vehicle passengers, French or foreign, who will return from Switzerland or Spain, border countries where ski resorts should remain open this winter.
