What do those who are a little bored of the classic and slightly plowed donut do?
Upgrading!
• The dough was changed and the jam was replaced with frozen fruit - this is what came out • The daily recipe
Instead of kneading, puffing and filling with jam, but still in the spirit of the beloved classic donuts, we have embroidered for you and for you a light recipe for making fruit-flavored donuts on a dough based on sour yogurt and perfumed vanilla seasoning.
And what about jam?
Frozen red fruits that go great with the batter and add flavor, color, interest and freshness.

List of ingredients for about 12 donuts:
3 cups puffed flour (1 small package weighing 350 grams)
2 eggs
2 cups yogurt (400 grams in total)
4 tablespoons sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla powder / vanilla extract or one vanilla stick
1 cup heaped frozen cherries / frozen blueberries or frozen raspberries
For frying:
2 liters of canola / corn / sunflower oil
For decoration:
3/4 cup powdered sugar
It is recommended to serve with fresh and cold yogurt with red fruit flavors
Preparation:
Mix all the ingredients except the fruit (leave them in the freezer until used)
Heat in a saucepan oil for deep frying.
Quickly mix the frozen fruit into the mixture - whether it is small fruits such as blueberries or raspberries.
If using cherries, do not mix into the mixture but keep in the freezer until before frying
Dip a tablespoon of ice cream in the hot oil, fill the spoon with the mixture - stick in the center of a frozen cherry and cover with the mixture.
Dip in the hot oil and release balls at night into the oil.
Repeat the operation until the mixture is finished.
Brown the donuts for about 3 minutes on each side and remove to absorbent paper.
If there is no ice cream spoon, use a regular spoon.
Arrange on a serving plate, dust with powdered sugar, serve with chilled fruit yogurt.
