Forensic doctor Lan Weiwen confessed that he went to the scene of the crime at about 4 o'clock on August 23, 2018 to conduct a preliminary examination of the baby girl's body.
He estimated the time of death of the baby girl from 4 pm on 22nd to 7 am on the 23rd.
The baby girl was reported to have been left at home at about 11 pm on the 21st. The forensic doctor believed that the baby girl was not left alone at home for a short period of time and died.
Forensic doctor Lan Weiwen said that a 3-month-old baby was unlikely to turn around on his own, so he believed that his prone position was made by someone else.

The forensic doctor conducted an autopsy on the 24th and said the baby girl's weight was 4.7 kg.
According to forensic medicine, female babies are lighter than babies of the same age.
In addition, the baby girl was dehydrated and had not eaten 6 to 8 hours before her death.
Forensic doctors believe that the death of the baby girl was due to suffocation, and dehydration and starvation also contributed to her death.
