Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova announced today that Armenian Foreign Minister Ara Evazyan will visit Moscow next Monday to discuss the Nagorno Karabakh region.

Zakharova said that the Russian peacekeepers "provided the conditions for the return of refugees, ensured the safe passage of civilian vehicles and the transportation of foodstuffs and various commodities.
