Alyssa Farah, director of communications for the White House, announced her resignation on Thursday, December 3, in what amounts to a tacit recognition of Donald Trump's defeat.
"After three and a half incredible years, I will leave the White House to devote myself to other projects,"
wrote the one who was spokesperson for Vice President Mike Pence, then the Pentagon before taking up her current post .
"I am very proud of the incredible things accomplished to make our country stronger and more secure," she
adds, never citing Donald Trump, whose term will end on January 20.

Since the election of November 3, won by Joe Biden but whose result Donald Trump has so far refused to recognize, it has been quite discreet. His attitude contrasted with that of Kayleigh McEnany, spokesman for the White House, who tirelessly relayed the president's accusations of fraud, without tangible evidence to support it.
