Michel Zecler, the black music producer beaten up by the police on November 21, believes that the heads of police indictment are "
consistent
" with what he experienced, said Friday, December 4 to AFP his lawyer.

Three police officers, suspected of being at the heart of this scene of violence in a studio in the 17th arrondissement of Paris, were indicted on Sunday for "
willful violence by a person holding public authority (PDAP)
", with several aggravating circumstances including that of racism, and for "
forgery in public writing
" by PDAP, a crime punishable by assizes.
The case was revealed by CCTV footage from the music studio, unveiled by online media Loopsider, which contradicted the initial police report of the arrest.
A fourth policeman, suspected of having thrown a tear gas canister in the music studio, was indicted mainly for “
willful violence by a person holding public authority
”.
Two of these four police officers were remanded in custody, a “
rare
”
decision
for police officials according to several sources, while the other two were placed under judicial supervision.

Michel Zecler is a civil party through me
," added Mr. Toby, confirming information from BFM TV.
"
He is waiting to meet the investigating judge in charge of the case, he is taking care of himself,
" added his counsel.
The Head of State Emmanuel Macron said his "
shame
" and the police, who admitted during their custody that "
the blows were not justified
", were suspended.
Interior Minister Gerald Darmanin has promised their "
revocation
" "as
soon as the facts are established by justice
".
