The older brother of Nordahl Lelandais, suspected murderer of little Maëlys, was sentenced Thursday, December 3 to a fine of 500 euros by the Chambéry criminal court for violence against his mother, reported our colleagues from France Bleu Savoie.
Sven Lelandais, 39, was summoned to appear immediately after the events that occurred on the night of October 31.

That evening, the police officers, called by Christiane Lelandais, found at the family home of Domessin that she had injuries to her right hand and tibia.
The hearings then revealed that her son had punched and kicked her, accompanied by spitting.
