Six people were indicted Thursday, December 3 in Laon (Aisne), including a couple, suspected in particular of aggravated rape of three minors, the three daughters of this couple, AFP learned on Friday from judicial sources close to the investigation.
The youngest of the alleged victims was nine months old and her two sisters two and seven years old at the time of the commission of the facts, according to the source close to the investigation, confirming new information from Aisne.

In addition to the father and mother, the indicted persons "
are part of the family and friendly entourage
," said the prosecutor of Laon, Guillaume Donnadieu, to AFP.

", he continued, adding that certain facts denounced "
would have taken place in the presence of several adults
".
Aged in their thirties to sixty years, they were indicted for aggravated rape for four of them, for fixing and recording child pornography images for one of them, and for non-prevention and non-denunciation of crime, for the mother.
Of these six suspects, arrested Tuesday at their home or at their place of work, five were imprisoned, the mother being placed under judicial supervision.
The couple lived in Guise (Aisne).
Opened in 2018 by the Laon prosecutor's office, the judicial information concerns the period from November 2014 to July 2017. The investigation was conducted by the Aisne gendarmerie group.
It was on this date that the children were placed, following serious educational deficiencies.
The eldest had then denounced the facts.
