The death of Maradona: the judge exempted Dr. Leopoldo Luque from prison

The judge of Guarantees 2 of San Isidro, Orlando Díaz, decided this Friday to grant the exemption from prison in order to the crime of "culpable homicide" to the doctor Leopoldo Luque (39), one of the two professionals who are being investigated as possible responsible for the death of Diego Armando Maradona (60), judicial sources reported today.

Díaz thus endorsed the proposal that Luque's defense had presented last Monday and that this Thursday he expanded in a presentation in which he made a detailed discharge about the performance of his client, and defined responsibilities in other doctors, in the family and in the Maradona himself.
