A judge from Eldorado in Misiones
took away from a married couple the possession of a 4-year-old girl that they raised from birth
in the middle of a dramatic operation that ended with riots between police officers and the family and a subsequent encampment of the adoptive parents in front of judicial dependencies.

Two weeks ago they informed him that my brother and his wife could not be his adoptive parents, and that he was going to pass into the biological family.
In all, at that time it seemed like a favorable ruling because the baby was going to be with the biological family, with her sister and her aunt ”.
“They summoned my sister-in-law to the Family Court in the morning to come alone with the baby.
This seemed strange to my brother, but I accompany them.
There they already told him that he should leave the girl in court, that she would apparently be adopted by a couple in Posadas, ”he explained.
And she added annoyed: “We don't understand anything, they are taking her out of a constituted family bosom, she recognizes us all as her family.
How can they give it to strangers, especially having a biological family? "
