The top of the state, at bay, is trying to get out of a political and institutional crisis in which it has put itself alone.
Considering the situation of the country, we could have done without!
We cannot make the National Assembly and the Senate registration chambers!
The spirit of article 24 is necessary and responds to an imperative: to protect the police.
But why such haste and unpreparedness of the government and such legal fragility?
This amateurism also reveals the ideological fractures in the presidential majority.
