For five days, the Syria Trust for Development completed the distribution of popular financial donations to those affected by the fires in the governorates of Homs and Tartous to include all those affected.
In a statement, SANA received a copy of it, the secretariat stated that the field work for distribution in Tartous governorate included 4,700 victims in 105 villages in the areas of Sheikh Badr, Qadmous, Baniyas, Dreikish and Safita, while the distribution of financial donations in Homs included 220 affected people in 12 villages.
The secretariat indicated that its teams will start tomorrow, Wednesday, to distribute popular donations throughout the Lattakia governorate.
The Syrian Trust for Development has allocated an amount of 8 billion Syrian pounds from the financial donations that all Syrians have contributed to during the past weeks that followed the wave of fires to compensate the affected people. From the first payment of compensation provided by the government to those affected this year 2020.
