Strokes of fate rarely come alone.

The team at the Ayinger Brauereigasthof had to experience this too.

Aying

- It is particularly tragic that the 63-year-old always looked after Fischer and prepared his burial.

While discussing the sermon with the evangelical vicar, she suffered a cerebral haemorrhage.

This ultimately led to the early death of the popular colleague.

Admired for their warmth

"We are all very upset," says Angela Inselkammer know, who once again had to stand at the open grave of a companion with family and employees.

Hildegard Oblegor-Anzinger worked as a waitress at the Braueigasthof Hotel Aying for three and a half decades.

A former colleague, Damian Kokoschka, admired “her professionalism, warmth and pride in being able to practice this profession.” In “Ayinger G'schichtn 3” several pages are even dedicated to her and her husband Fritz Anzinger.

They underline the warmth with which the Upper Bavarian was able to take many people to her heart.

A role model for colleagues

According to Kokoschka, the deceased was a kind of captain in a football game, always keeping an eye on the whole, but calm and friendly: “No guest was overlooked.

By name and with a smile, greeted and farewell.

Hildegard was a role model for us in dealing with the guests. ”And in a family business, the term family was also very popular, because in a company like this one not only works together, but also lives together.

Everyone worried all the more when they heard of the cerebral hemorrhage.

Kokoschka: "For all the bereaved, it is just unbelievable why such a healthy and fit person like our Hildegard was suddenly and so quickly torn from life."

The guest first

In the Ayinger G'schichtn it is reported that Hildegard and Fritz wrote notes on a white piece of paper every evening after the end of the service shift: "They neatly noted the culinary preferences or conversation contents behind the respective guest name." As soon as a guest another or a third Once in the brewery inn and was served by one of the two, he was added to this internal guest profile.

Both of them held out until they retired in 2012.

Shared passion

Fritz Anzinger looked back on 43 years of service, his wife Hildegard on 35 years.

They created a little refuge not far from the Gasthof am Wagnerberg and continued to take part in the events in Aying.

They pursued a common passion that is no longer so common in our regions: they went to the forest to pick mushrooms.

And were very successful there.

They did a lot in pairs, but now Hildegard's path has ended much earlier than everyone expected.

Sea of flowers at the grave

Damian Kokoschka assured the widower at the grave in Arget that his colleagues would not leave him alone.

They would have done it for Hildegard Oblegor-Anzinger too.

The tomb was adorned with a sea of flowers;

one last great honor for the well-known flower lover.
