After an emergency approval for the corona vaccine from Biontech and Pfizer, the country launched on Tuesday (December 8).

"Both are recovering well," said NHS boss Stephen Powis on Wednesday in front of a parliamentary committee in London, as reported by the German press agency (dpa).

Allergic reactions to vaccines and medications are not uncommon.
Why the recommendations of
Biontech / Pfizer were not followed
by the NHS is initially unknown.
So far, the Biontech / Pfizer corona vaccine was considered well tolerated.
The most common side effects in participants aged 16 years and older were:
Injection site pain (> 80 percent)
Fatigue (> 60%)
Headache (> 50%)
Myalgia - muscle pain (> 30%)
Chills (> 30%)
Arthralgia (joint pain) (> 20%)
Pyrexia (increased body temperature) (> 10%)
