According to information from the spokeswoman for the authorities, Sabine Schmid, "several reports from various directions" have recently been received.
The district office as the responsible legal supervisory authority then initiated a hearing, i.e. the landlords were asked to comment on the allegations.
According to Schmid, they did this through a lawyer.
From the point of view of the District Office, however, its statements were not sufficiently well founded, so that the authority stuck to the fines.
The hosts, the Adams family, face a fine of up to 5000 euros each.
The investigation is conducted by the Kochel police.
According to the deputy head of inspection, Frank Bentz, various violations of the hygiene requirements in the "Fischerwirt" had been reported in the past few months.
The officials had also made themselves a picture on site several times.
The violations were collectively forwarded to the district office.
The Ministry of the Interior was also informed about the inn.
Press spokesman Martin Emig from the Upper Bavaria police headquarters reports on four reports of administrative offenses.
The Tölzer district office itself does not give a number.
For Emig, the "Fischerwirt" case, based on the Corona gastronomy situation in all of Upper Bavaria, is "exceptional".
Landlady Michaela Wagner-Adams replied to a written request from our newspaper that two notices of fines had been received.
An objection has been lodged against this, the matter will therefore go to court.
"Until then, the presumption of innocence applies." Until recently, the landlords of the "Fischerwirt" ran a kind of blog on their homepage in which they presented their view of the corona pandemic.
It said, among other things, that the “imposed measures” were “unrealistic”.
The "Fischerwirt" is the subject of heated discussion in the Google gastronomy reviews.
Guests are surprised that all waitresses are exempt from the mask requirement.
It is also complained that the menu contains a text against corona measures "in an epic breadth" and that "the drum for upcoming corona demos is stirred".
Anti-Corona flyers and posters are "all over the toilet," it is reported.
One visitor wrote: “If you yourself have been seriously ill with Covid-19, this is pure mockery.
A restaurateur is not allowed to treat the health of his customers like that, no matter what he personally believes. "
But there are also supportive voices for the "Fischerwirt": It is "very pleasant" that there are "still people with understanding", wrote one guest.
Another said: "Great praise for the courage to publicly educate people about Corona." In the inn there is "no discrimination against people who think differently," said another.
One lady reported - according to Google four weeks ago - that she “came back for lunch especially from Munich”: “The shop is always really well attended.

The local district boards of the German Hotel and Restaurant Association (Dehoga) cannot understand the behavior of the "Fischerwirt" operators: "I know them as exemplary hosts and members of the association," says Monika Poschenrieder from the Walgerfranz inn in Bad Tölz.
"I don't understand why they are behaving this way now." 80 percent of the guests, Poschenrieder knows from the time before the new lockdown, would adhere to the requirements in gastronomy and find them sensible.
Her colleague Christian Bär from the Hotel Alpenhof Murnau has a similar opinion.
In the Werdenfels gastronomy scene, the restaurant in Schlehdorf is causing a stir.
“The safety of the guests is paramount,” says Bär, Dehoga district chairman for the Garmisch area.
“We are over 300 companies here, and every innkeeper makes great efforts to adhere to the hygiene requirements.” A company that is so vehemently against the requirements and so publicly positions itself against them harms the entire industry.
The mayor of Schlehdorf, Stefan Jocher, has also spoken to the landlords.
“They are resolute in their opinion,” he says.
“You can have them, but you don't have to share them.” Everyone can decide for himself whether to eat there or not.
Jocher knows that some regulars already avoid the restaurant.
“Other people don't care.” The Schlehdorf community will not interfere, that is a matter for the district administration.
