Just before the government company renting an apartment becomes part of a government trust unit, probably a city company, managed by Ezra Yemin, it's time for soul-searching.

About 220 housing units in Bnei Brak and about 440 housing units combining commercial and employment areas in the 13th neighborhood in Ashdod.
The company also published the TASE Triangle Tender, one of the significant tenders in the heart of the TASE complex in Ramat Gan.
The unique project combines 400 housing units for long-term rent, 350 housing units, dormitories, employment and commercial areas and extensive public areas, all with an intensive mix of uses.
During 2021, three significant 1,000-unit projects will be inhabited in the heart of the demand area: the GDNA project in Tel Aviv, established and operated by the Ashtrom Company, a project in the Cyclamen neighborhood in Rishon Lezion and a house project in the park in Or Yehuda, which will be located and operated by Azorim. .
Beyond that, there are thousands more housing units on the road all over the country - according to the Vatamal Law (Committee for the Planning of Preferred Housing Complexes).
About 30% of the housing units approved in it are intended for the benefit of long-term rent.
There are currently about 68,000 approved and designated housing units for long-term rental.
