After Google: US sues Facebook for antitrust breach
46 states along with the Federal Trade Commission will file a lawsuit against the company, which deals with the problematic acquisition of a number of companies including WhatsApp and Instagram, by Facebook.
One of the requirements in the lawsuit may be that the social network will be forced to sell some of the companies in its possession

The United States Federal Trade Commission announced tonight (Wednesday) that it will sue Facebook, along with 46 countries, for violating antitrust law.
The New York Attorney General's statement stated that the bulk of the lawsuit will be in relation to the acquisition of a number of companies such as WhatsApp and Instagram, by Facebook.
Acquisitions described as "illegal, and made in a predatory manner."
One of the demands in the lawsuit may be that Facebook will be forced to sell some of its companies.
