Two suspects aged 27 and 23 were indicted in Périgueux and jailed for kidnapping, forcible confinement and murder, in the investigation into the murder of a 28-year-old man shot in the neck, against a background of dispute sentimental, said a judicial source on Thursday (December 10th).
The lifeless body of the 28-year-old victim, Teddy Ledoux, was discovered Sunday morning in the town of Bussière-Badil (Dordogne), about ten kilometers from the place of his abduction, in the neighboring department of Charente.

The investigation carried out by the gendarmes of the Nontron Research Brigade, with the Bordeaux Research Section, revealed that the victim "
presented a gunshot wound to the neck as well as several traces of violence,

."
According to sources familiar with the matter, the man was kidnapped on Saturday evening in accommodation in the center of Montbron, a small Charente village, then sequestered in a room before being shot, after being stripped, in a wood, in the Dordogne. .
The two suspects then allegedly attempted to burn it, but the body was not completely consumed.
In the early hours of the morning, the alleged perpetrators then returned to the apartment where the victim had been abducted, covered in mud, asking the tenant of the premises, who hosted him, to wash their belongings.
They were finally arrested Monday, in Montbron, by the gendarmes, with the reinforcement of the GIGN.
The motive for this homicide would be sentimental.
According to the entourage of the victim, the author of the shot would not have supported Teddy Ledoux to intervene between him and this woman, with whom he would have liked to have relations.
Me Chems-Eddine Belkaïd, the lawyer of the main suspect, suspected of having fired the fatal shot, specifies that his client "
cooperates with justice
", without saying whether he recognizes the facts.
As for the counsel of the second indicted, Me Pierre Daniel-Lamazière, he disputes the fact that his client murdered the victim.

failure to prevent the commission of a crime
" and left free under judicial control in accordance with the requisitions of the prosecution.
