A 104-year-old Colombian engineer has just submitted his doctoral thesis to the University of Manchester, in England.
He says that during the pandemic he found the answer to a river flow problem, which he had investigated for more than 30 years.
Now he is waiting for a jury to evaluate his work to graduate.
