Like everyone else, lawyer and mediator Sigal Tamir, who deals with wills, real estate, contracts, agreements and more, had to get used to the new reality. Thanks to her resourcefulness, she adapts successfully and talks about her work: "You don't always have to get to claims. You can prevent problems and resolve things peacefully."

The last few months have been unconventional and not easy for all of us, and in light of the situation B144 is launching a new and special project designed to pardon small business owners across the country.

Each time we will bring you here the story of another business, so that you can get to know it and maybe even support it.

And this time, we talk to lawyer and mediator Sigal Tamir.

Business Name:

Sigal Tamir, Lawyer and Mediator

Year of Establishment:

2016

Tell us about your business:

"I deal with wills, mediation, financial agreements, partnership agreements, inheritances, real estate law, contract law, continuing power of attorney and more. I am a lawyer and a certified mediator for dispute resolution, a member of the Israel Bar Association and hold a license in real estate brokerage.

I deal with agreements out of a desire to help people as much as possible, so that they understand that conflicts can be resolved through peace and comfort, mediation and negotiation, and do not always have to reach long-term lawsuits in courts.

You can avoid the problems, and not get to them at all.

For example, I always write and talk about whether it is worthwhile to make wills or a continuing power of attorney, to avoid problems that usually come after.

I give a personal touch to each client, listen to them and give them a sense of security so that they know they are getting the best legal service. "

How does B144 help promote your business?

" This is a great platform, through which those who need legal help and seek me or the lawyer can help "They come to me and I can help them solve the legal problems they have encountered, or prevent problems from arising."

Prevent problems before they even occur.

How do you promote yourself digitally?

"I have a business Facebook page, a promoted website and a digital business card, in addition to B144, where the information about my work and the office, articles on various topics and ways to contact me appear."

Pargani to another business:

"I want to take this opportunity to pargan to the amazing fitness trainer Anat Ofek. She is a veteran and excellent personal fitness trainer, who also switched to digital following the Corona and is currently teaching zoom classes."

How has the corona affected your business?

"At first it was shocking and difficult, as with everyone. The business was closed and damaged of course, but we also learned to function digitally and received special instructions and I manage to do my legal mission during this period as well, and accompany clients until the problem is resolved."

What tip do you have for other business owners?

"Always see the positive and good in everything bad that happens to us. If something like the corona falls on us and it's harder to meet and go to work, it's time to go digital. Use advertising, networks and the Internet, deliver digital training and in general - just listen and see the direction the world goes "Even in difficult times, you can help others. I see my job as a mission."

How do you envision your business in 5 years?

"I see myself continuing to help anyone who needs legal help and especially to lend and help prevent legal issues in the family field, with the help of wills, ongoing power of attorney and more. I want to spread the possibility of resolving mediation issues. The firm will certainly be bigger For those who need it. "
