In a surprising movement of continental attraction, the British billionaire and convinced Brexiter Jim Ratcliffe has just decided to build his new all-terrain vehicle in France rather than in the United Kingdom.

Jim Ratcliffe is abandoning Wales and a region that had hoped for half a thousand jobs to be created after the blow of a local Ford plant shutdown.
